Wired Builder Free Build Agreement

This short agreement covers a free website build. You accept it when you tick the box and press “Yes, build my site” on your free build page. In it, “we” means Wired Builder and “you” means the person or business the site is for. If you are younger than 18, a parent or guardian must accept it for you.

1. No cost to you

We build a basic website for you at no charge. We pay for your domain name and hosting ourselves. That is a real cost to us, so it is free for you but not free to run. You will not be asked for a card or a payment for the build.

2. Who owns what

We register the domain and host the site, and we own both. We may change the site or move it. You can ask us to transfer the domain to you at any time, and we will help you do it.

3. Best efforts, no guarantees

We will do our best to build your site, keep it working, and fix problems you tell us about. We cannot guarantee uptime, search rankings, results, or how quickly a fix happens.

4. Your details

The site shows what you send us. If something is wrong or out of date, like an old phone number, tell us and we will fix it as soon as we reasonably can. We are not responsible for calls or messages missed because of wrong or outdated details.

5. What you send us

You confirm that you have the right to every photo, logo, video, voice note and piece of text you send us, and that publishing it does not break anyone else’s rights, including trademarks. You let us publish it on your site and use it to build the site.

You will not send us, or put on the site, anything harmful, fake, misleading, or part of a scam. We may decline to publish anything, and we may change names or wording to avoid a trademark or other legal problem.

6. Taking the site down

We can take your site down at any time, with or without notice, if we find anything on it or connected to it that is harmful, fake, misleading, or a scam, or that breaks the law or someone else’s rights. We decide what counts. Where we can, we will tell you why.

We can also end the free build at any time for any other reason. You can ask us to take the site down at any time.

7. We may show the build

Building sites like yours is how we show our work, so you agree to this separately when you say yes. We may film or record the build, and share it in our own videos, live streams, social media posts (including TikTok) and case studies. That includes your site, its name and the content on it, your name, image and voice, and recordings of our calls and TikTok Lives.

You can still post about your own site and your build. Tell us in writing if there is anything you do not want shown and we will leave it out of anything we make after that. Anything already published stays up. If you are younger than 18, your parent or guardian gives this consent for you.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at https://agreements.wiredbuilder.com/privacy/ explains how we handle your personal information.

9. Limits

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from the site, its content, it being unavailable, or it being taken down under section 6. Sections 5, 6 and 7 continue for anything already made or published. This agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
